Foundation, foundation, foundation. Choosing just one can be difficult. If you’re like me you can spend ages at the make up counter trying to decide. So I’ve picked the top 5 that you can get from Boots.
Up first is the Max Factor Face Finity All Day Flawless 3 in 1 Foundation which I think is great value for money costing £12.99 from Boots . It comes in light ivory to sun tan and has a good matte finish. I’ve used this before and it does last the day.
My second choice is the Estee Lauder Double Wear Maximum Cover Camouflage Makeup for Face and Body SPF 15 30ml. Estee Lauder foundation is great and the fact you can buy this for £30 is great value for money. It might seem a little pricey, but honestly, this foundation is one of the best out there at the moment – and a little goes a long way!
I couldn’t do a foundation post without choosing the No7 Stay Perfect Foundation. My confidence in the No7 products has been growing in the last few years and the foundation is a great example. Coming in at £14.50 it gives a solid natural finish without giving too much shine to your face.
My fourth pick is the Rimmel London Match Perfection Foundation which I used to be a massive fan of when I was in high school. The Rimmel foundation only costs £7.99 which is great value for money and it’s great if you are not a big fan of liquid based foundations.
My final pick for my top 5 foundations is the Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Foundation. Now I think this Maybelline foundation is a great little addition to your make up bag. I’m a bigger fan of the Maybelline lipstick but I think the foundation is a good staple if you are looking to buy the same brand products.
